Shirley Mac—Managing Broker, Realtor®, GRI, SFR

 

Shirley was one of the first “Buyer’s Brokers” in Arizona and in fact, there were very few women in the real estate industry at that time. Needless to say, Shirley stirred the pot and the “Good Ol’ Boys” in real estate were not very happy. As time went by, they got over it, they had no choice in the matter.

Heavily involved in real estate for years, Shirley has also been involved in many projects. From owning a day care center to running for state senate, she never stops. She has owned her own real estate brokerage, tax appeals firm, children’s clothing store, and been President, CEO of a non-profit corporation, coordinating many community based events.

When she has spare time, Shirley enjoys painting and sculpting. Of course, she always asks, "What is spare time?"

Advanced Real Estate Education:

 Education is essential to keeping current in the real estate market and Shirley has committed herself to that aspect of real estate. Besides taking real estate courses every year, Shirley holds the following designations:

GRI—Graduate, Realtor Institute
The GRI designation is earned by completing a national program of specialized and advance education for the licensed Realtor(r). It involves intense study, covering many special aspects of real estate such as residential marketing, cost basis, appreciation methods, investment real estate, construction, real estate tax concepts, exchanges, capital gains, and various types of mortgage programs.

SFR
—Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource
This course was important to Shirley because of the market conditions that exist today. Clients need to know their options and with the Government adding new programs and changing programs.

Kevin Tucker---Realtor®, GRI, SFR,

Starting in retail 30 years ago, he demonstrated a strong work ethic, business intelligence, attention to detail and customer service that is essential to succeed in any business. He has been a store manager, buyer and was a district manager with over 20 stores producing annual sales of over $21,000,000. Bringing those same traits to real estate has enabled Kevin to be highly successful connecting buyers and sellers in a diligent pursuit to fulfill their needs.
